The MRC de Rivière-du-Loup — FRR Stream 1: Regional Outreach Fund supports territorial projects that align with local or sectoral development plans, offering up to $50,000 per project. This program aims to enhance regional vitality by funding initiatives with impacts extending beyond the MRC’s territory.

Financing terms and conditions

  • The maximum recommended financial assistance per project, for projects not led by the MRC, is $50,000 from the dedicated envelope for Volet 1.
  • 30% of the regional funding envelope for Bas-Saint-Laurent is reserved specifically for territorial projects identified by each MRC.

  • The project must be selected and endorsed by the administrative committee (CA) of the MRC de Rivière-du-Loup.
  • The applicant and project must meet the eligibility criteria established by the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation (MAMH).
  • The project must be aligned with territorial or sectoral planning of the MRC or the Centre local de développement (CLD) of Rivière-du-Loup.
