Eligibility
- The project must be selected and endorsed by the administrative committee (CA) of the MRC de Rivière-du-Loup.
- The applicant and project must meet the eligibility criteria established by the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation (MAMH).
- The project must be aligned with territorial or sectoral planning of the MRC or the Centre local de développement (CLD) of Rivière-du-Loup.
