- The fund provides a non-repayable contribution up to a maximum of $100,000.
- Financial assistance can cover up to 75% of eligible expenses, except for private companies, where the limit is 50%.
- Funding is disbursed in two installments: 80% upon signing the agreement and 20% upon submission of the final expense report with supporting documentation.
- Eligible expenses include direct costs related to the purchase, construction, or modification of mobile units and associated equipment for animation.
- The promoter and/or partners must contribute a minimum of 25% of the total project budget.
- Reimbursements do not cover refundable tax portions or operational costs.
