How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the project
- Complete the application form and gather supporting documents.
- Step 2: Submit the file
- Send the application by mail or email to the MRC des Appalaches.
- Step 3: File review
- The MRC carries out a preliminary review and may contact the promoter for clarifications.
- Step 4: Decision and funding
- The analysis committee reviews the file, then the council of mayors makes the final decision.
- If approved, the agreement is signed and payments are made according to the program rules.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first pre-analyzed by the MRC team.
- Eligible files are then fully evaluated by the FRR Volet 2 analysis committee.
- The committee makes a recommendation to the council of mayors for the final decision.
- Approved projects require a funding agreement before payment.
- The final payment is made after the final report is submitted.
