- Step 2: Obtain Municipal Support
- Seek official support from the affected municipality or municipalities where the project will be implemented.
- Secure either a support resolution from the municipal council(s) or a letter of support from the relevant municipal administration(s).
- Step 3: Gather Required Documentation
- Complete and sign the official application form using a word processor.
- Obtain a support resolution from the concerned municipality(ies).
- Secure a board resolution authorizing the submission of the application from your organization (if applicable).
- Include a copy of letters patent and/or the organization charter (if applicable).
- Prepare a detailed project description linked to the Fund’s orientations.
- Provide a detailed project budget.
- Include letters or resolutions confirming financial partner commitments.
- Attach letters of support from partners.
- Optionally, include other relevant documents, such as expense breakdowns, plans, photos, CVs, or business plans.
- Step 4: Submit the Application
