Processing and Agreement
- A GMF representative reviews the pre-application and confirms whether the organization and initiative can proceed.
- After the full application is submitted, a GMF project officer reviews it for accuracy and completeness and follows up on any questions.
- Feasibility study applications are assessed internally by GMF staff.
- Funding recommendations are made to GMF Council and FCM’s Board of Directors.

- Applicants are encouraged to contact GMF early in the application period to receive their pre-application form and validate proposal eligibility.
- A GMF project officer will be assigned to each application upon full submission to assist throughout the process.
