How to apply

Pre-admission validation
- Complete the pre-eligibility form.
- Submit the form for validation by Tourisme Cantons-de-l'Est.

Preparation of the request
- Fill out the EPRTNT_FE_TCE aid request form.
- Gather all required documents such as the event schedule or draft program, the most recent activity report, the latest financial statements, etc.

Submission of the request
Send the completed form along with all the required documents to the following address: eprtnt@atrce.com.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first screened through a pre-eligibility form
- Tourisme Cantons-de-l'Est validates the pre-eligibility review
- If the application is complete, the funding request is analyzed over several months
- Applicants receive a funding support or refusal notice by email
- A funding agreement must be signed, with supporting confirmations provided when required
