- Administrative or management staff remuneration and other indirect administrative costs when administrative or management fees are already claimed in the project expenses

- Maintenance, spare parts, and network management fees
- Temporary connection costs, shelters, and aesthetic finishing of new electrical rooms
- Projects already submitted to Roulez vert, Transportez vert, or other incompatible Quebec programs

How to apply
- Step 1: Create an account
- Register in the program’s online services.
- Use the account linked to the applicant or authorized representative.
- Step 2: Prepare the file
- Gather invoices, proof of payment, and other required supporting documents.
- For large projects, prepare the detailed project submission and quotes.
- Step 3: Complete the online application
- Fill in the application form in the online services.
- Submit the request after the work is completed, when required by the program.
- Step 4: Follow up on the request
- Check for any additional information requested by the program.
- Monitor the treatment of the application through the online services.
Processing and Agreement
- For Projet d’envergure, approved funding is formalized through a signed agreement between the applicant and MELCCFP.
- The second instalment is paid after MELCCFP receives and accepts supporting documents for eligible expenses incurred, such as an invoice, contract, or proof of payment.
- The final instalment is paid after MELCCFP receives and accepts proof of project completion as well as proof of eligible expenses.
- The participant must keep relevant documents for 36 months after the agreement ends and allow MELCCFP to verify documents, installation work, and equipment commissioning with 48 hours’ notice during that period.
- MELCCFP may reduce or recover funding if actual project costs are lower, prohibited stacking occurs, unaccepted or undeclared project changes are made, documents are missing or unsatisfactory, false or misleading information is provided, or the participant becomes insolvent.
