Latest change: The electrical infrastructure project page now removes the transition-period exception that let some projects qualify without meeting the 50% EV-capable parking-space rule.
Electrical infrastructure eligibility tightened
The electrical infrastructure upgrade project page for multiple dwellings no longer shows the transition-period exception tied to the 50% EV-capable parking-space requirement. The page previously said applicants whose work began before March 17, 2026 could benefit from flexibility until July 17, 2026; that exception is now removed from the page. The main 50% parking-space eligibility rule remains on the page, but the transition-period language and related timing notes are no longer shown.
