The Voucher Program provides Alberta tech companies with up to $100,000 to accelerate new product commercialization. Eligibility criteria:
  • You have fewer than 500 full-time employees and less than $50,000,000 in annual gross revenue.
  • You are a for-profit organization that is incorporated, or a partnership registered in Alberta.
  • You can contribute a minimum of 25 per cent cash contribution of the total eligible project costs.
  • You have a new, unique technology or innovation that is patentable working toward commercialization.

  • For-profit organizations incorporated or partnerships registered in Alberta.

  • Organizations that can contribute a minimum of 25% cash contribution of the total eligible project costs.
  • Businesses with new, unique technologies or innovations that are patentable and working toward commercialization.

  • For-profit organizations must be incorporated or a partnership registered in Alberta.
  • A minimum of 25% cash contribution of the total eligible project costs is required from the applicant.
  • The technology or innovation being developed must be new, unique, patentable, and working towards commercialization.
