Who is eligible?

Prior RECYC-QUÉBEC Support: Organizations with previously funded projects by RECYC-QUÉBEC are eligible to apply again, but duplicate funding for the same project from other RECYC-QUÉBEC programs are not allowed.5. Compliance with Public Contracts: Applicants and their partners or subcontractors must not be listed in the Registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA).
