  • For-profit businesses are not eligible.
  • Organizations not officially recognized as non-profit (NPO) or cooperatives that do not distribute profits or interests to members.
  • Entities without a registered office or activities on the territory of the City of Montréal.
  • Organizations lacking a democratically elected board primarily composed of Montréal residents.

  • Step 1: Prepare Application Documents
    • Download and complete the CIALM 2025-2027 application form (Excel version), ensuring it is signed.
    • Gather the following required documents:
      • Activity report for the most recently completed fiscal year
      • Financial report for the most recently completed fiscal year
      • Civil liability insurance policy and endorsements
      • Letters patent of your organization and updates, if applicable
      • Board of directors resolution designating an authorized signatory for the financial support application engagement (as specified in the fourth tab of the application form)
  • Step 2: Submit Application
    • Send the completed and signed application form along with all required supporting documents by email before March 24, 2025, at noon.
  • Step 3: Acknowledgement and Follow-up
    • Receive email confirmation regarding the progress of your application.
    • Be aware that a selection committee will evaluate projects that meet the eligibility requirements.
