The Laurentides Tourism — Regional Partnership and Digital Transformation Agreement in Tourism (EPRTNT) provides non-repayable funding of up to $95,000 to support the digital development of tourism businesses. Eligibility
- The applicant must be a legally constituted organization under the laws of Quebec or Canada and operate in Quebec.
- Eligible entities include: for-profit organizations, non-profit organizations (NPOs), cooperatives, municipal entities, recognized Indigenous communities, as well as groupings of these clients.
- The organization must have fulfilled any previous commitments under earlier grant agreements, if applicable.
- Tourist accommodation operators must comply with all current laws and regulations and hold a valid registration number.
- Nature and adventure tourism businesses must comply with, or commit to complying with, the Qualité-Sécurité d’Aventure Écotourisme Québec accreditation program, if required for their activity.

Who is not eligible
- Government ministries, agencies, and Crown corporations (Quebec or Canada).
- Applicants listed in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA).
- Companies not compliant with the francization requirements of the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF).
- Projects involving bed and breakfasts, hotel condominiums (condotels), or certain recreational trails (cycling or snowmobiling).
- Businesses operating in the restaurant sector, retail trade, gambling, alcohol-focused venues, or involved in the development of training content.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for consulting and implementing digital solutions.
- Purchases of technological or other equipment required for the digital solution.
- Initial subscription (up to 24 months) to cloud services if the solution is cloud-based.
- Purchases of hardware, software, or mobile applications to enhance client interaction.
- Acquisition of integrated management software (ERP).
- Acquisition of e-commerce software.
- Travel expenses within public sector standards, general expenses, and salaries/benefits of staff directly linked to project delivery.
- Professional fees for training or upskilling staff involved in digital project implementation.
- Net taxes (excluding refundable portions) related to eligible project costs.

- Alignment with the objectives of the EPRTNT 25-27 program.
- Structural impact, including project reach, potential for job creation, season extension, and collaboration with partners.
- Degree of innovation demonstrated in the project.
- Quality of the concept, products, and services proposed.
- Financial structure and project financing plan.
- Relevance, such as the project's appeal to a tourism clientele, market analysis, competitive positioning, and marketing strategy.
- Feasibility, including timeline, business plan quality, and promoter expertise.
- Consideration of sustainable development principles.

Complete the application form

- Gather all required supporting documents
- Ensure all sections are filled and signed appropriately

Prepare supporting documents
- Prepare a detailed business plan for the project
- Provide financial statements and projections as required
- Obtain a board resolution authorizing the application (if applicable)
- Include required attestations or certifications (e.g., OQLF, Qualité-Sécurité)

- Verify that submission is made before the deadline (December 15, 2025, 4:00 p.m.)

Await committee assessment
- Wait for evaluation by the selection committee
- Expect a response by spring 2026
Additional information
- All applications will be reviewed by an evaluation committee, and responses will be sent to applicants in spring 2026.
- Organizations with 25 or more employees operating in Quebec over a six-month period must provide OQLF certification regarding compliance with language requirements.
- Organizations that have previously received funding must have fulfilled their commitments to partners for new funding eligibility.
- Applicants in agrotourism and gourmet tourism may have project components related to sales locations and equipment considered essential to the tourist experience included as eligible.
