- Recognized Indigenous communities, nations, and Indigenous tourism organizations or businesses
Who is not eligible
- Government ministries and Crown corporations of Quebec or Canada.
- Applicants listed on the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA).
- Businesses not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF).
Eligible expenses
- Administration costs directly related to the event.
- Programming costs specific to the festival or event.
- Promotion, marketing, and communication expenses for the event.
- Site and facility management fees tied to event organization.
- Costs of products intended for resale at the event.
- Travel expenses not exceeding public sector standards, general expenses, and salaries and benefits of human resources linked to the event.
- Audited sponsorships of goods and services (limited to 50% of total eligible costs).

- Relevance, including the appeal to a tourism-focused clientele, market potential, competitiveness, and partnerships.
- Feasibility, including timeline, marketing strategy, business plan quality, and promoter expertise.
- Integration of sustainable development principles.
How to apply
- Step 1: Review the Promoter Guide
- Consult the Promoter Guide corresponding to the "Festivals and events" category on the Tourisme Laurentides website.
- Step 2: Complete the Application Form
- Download and fill out the "Formulaire EPRTNT 25-27 Festival et événements" in Excel format.
- Step 3: Gather Required Documents
- Prepare the event's programming or draft programming.
- Obtain the most recent event report, if available.
- Collect the most recent financial statements, including a revenue-expense statement for the event.
- Prepare the projected revenue-expense statement for the upcoming event.
- Secure confirmations from financial partners, if available.
- Include a board resolution (or equivalent) mandating the person signing the application and any pertinent documents.
- Provide, if required, an OQLF attestation or certificate for organizations employing 25 or more persons for at least six months.
- For nature and adventure tourism enterprises, include proof of conformity with the Qualité-Sécurité d’Aventure Écotourisme Québec program or commitment to comply.
- If applicable, attach an Indigenous certificate or proof of Indigenous status for OBL, OBNL, or cooperative applicants.
- Step 4: Submit the Application
- Send the completed application form along with all required documents by email to eprtnt@laurentides.com.
- Ensure submission by the deadline: Monday December 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
- Step 5: Follow-Up and Evaluation
- All applications will be reviewed by an evaluation committee.
- Applicants will receive a response in Spring 2026.

Additional information
- Applications must include a signed and completed Excel form along with several supporting documents, such as financial statements and event programming.
- If the applicant organization employs 25 or more people for a period of 6 months, proof of compliance with the Charter of the French Language is required.
- Organizations receiving financial support of $100,000 or more and employing more than 100 people must commit to implementing an equal access employment program.
- For nature and adventure tourism projects, documentation of compliance—or intent to comply—with the Qualité-Sécurité d’Aventure Écotourisme Québec standards must be provided.
