Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by Norfolk County staff.
  • For most incentives, the Director of Strategic Innovation and Economic Development approves the application.
  • For the Brownfield Tax Increment Grant, approval is decided by Council.
  • Approved applicants must enter into an agreement with Norfolk County.

  • Applications may require drawings, plans, and two cost estimates.
  • Approved grants are payable only after completion of the work and proof of payment.
