How to apply
- Step 1: Pre-application consultation
- Arrange a pre-application meeting or consultation with staff.
- Confirm program eligibility, scope of work, and project timing.
- Step 2: Prepare application
- Complete the application form.
- Prepare a detailed proposal and obtain at least two estimates.
- Include the required environmental assessment and remedial work documents.
- Step 3: Submit application
- Submit the application to Norfolk County before any work begins.
- Disclose any tax arrears, liens, orders, or claims affecting the property title.
- Step 4: Decision and completion
- Wait for review and approval by county staff.
