How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the application form
- Fill out the Excel form.
- Use the required file naming format.
- Step 2: Prepare supporting documents
- Complete and sign the required tabs.
- Attach the annual report, if applicable.
- Provide requested sound-recording information if asked.
- Step 3: Submit by email
- Send the application electronically to inscription@musicaction.ca.
- Ensure all required documents are received by the deadline.
- Step 4: Submit completion documents after the project
- Send the completion package by email within 3 months after the activity ends.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Musicaction using an evaluation grid.
- Approval depends on the applicant’s financial capacity.
- If approved, a funding contract is signed before payment.
- Final payment is released after the completion review.
- Musicaction may request participant feedback or activity evaluation.
Additional information
- Priority is given to projects involving Indigenous or minority communities.
- The applicant may submit only one project at a time.
- The project and related promotional material must not contain illegal or hateful content.
