Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed by MRC staff for compliance with the program rules.
- The project is then submitted to the selection committee or the MRC director general and clerk-treasurer, depending on the case.
- Approved projects are recommended and adopted by resolution of the MRC council.
- Funding is paid only after conditions are met, and a contract is signed.
- The MRC may request supporting documents, follow-up, and repayment in case of non-compliance.
