• Equipment and technology purchases
• Working capital
• Other expenses deemed relevant by the MRC, excluding support services

• Expenses incurred before the application is filed
• Loan repayment and debt refinancing
• Research and development expenses
• Sales taxes
• Socio-community, cultural, or event-type projects
• Retail and restaurant organizations, and highly competitive sectors

• Step 1: Complete the application form
  • Fill in the organization and project information.
  • Provide the requested signatures and declarations.
• Step 2: Prepare the supporting documents
  • Gather the financial and project documents requested for review.
  • Include any additional documents considered relevant by the MRC.
• Step 3: Submit by email
  • Send the completed form and supporting documents by email to the MRC economic development department.
• Step 4: Await review and decision
  • The application is reviewed and then presented for decision-making.
  • If approved, the organization is informed of the conditions to receive funding.

• Applications are first reviewed by MRC staff for compliance with the program rules.
• The project is then submitted to the selection committee or the MRC director general and clerk-treasurer, depending on the case.
• Approved projects are recommended and adopted by resolution of the MRC council.
• Funding is paid only after conditions are met, and a contract is signed.
• The MRC may request supporting documents, follow-up, and repayment in case of non-compliance.

• Only the non-covered portion of costs under other government programs is eligible.
• Support is for social economy organizations in start-up or new project phases.
• The organization must provide proof of financial contribution and other funding sources when requested.
• The grant agreement may include follow-up, reporting, and repayment conditions.
