  • Eligible expenses cover costs related to starting, establishing, expanding, or acquiring a business, including capital expenditures, technology or software acquisition, working capital, and major voting and majority shares acquisition.

Eligibility criteria of the MRC de D’Autray — Business Development Program program

  • The enterprise must be located and operating within the territory of the MRC de D’Autray.
  • The project must be supported by a business plan demonstrating viability and market potential.
  • The minimum project cost is $10,000 for startup companies and $20,000 for implantation, expansion, succession, or acquisition projects.
  • The enterprise must provide at least 20% of the project cost as equity, or for existing businesses, their net value after the project must exceed 20%.
  • Startup and implantation projects must create at least one full-time job.
  • The project must demonstrate that the grant contribution is essential for its realization.
