- Eligible expenses cover costs related to starting, establishing, expanding, or acquiring a business, including capital expenditures, technology or software acquisition, working capital, and major voting and majority shares acquisition.
- The total financial aid is determined based on project-specific evaluations and sector-related adjustments.

Eligibility criteria of the MRC de D’Autray — Business Development Program program

- The enterprise must provide at least 20% of the project cost as equity, or for existing businesses, their net value after the project must exceed 20%.
- Startup and implantation projects must create at least one full-time job.
- The project must demonstrate that the grant contribution is essential for its realization.
