Eligibility

  • The applicant must not derive financial benefit from the group purchase or sale of agricultural inputs or goods and services, other than advisory services.
  • The project must focus primarily on disseminating information about agri-environmental practices, target agricultural businesses, be carried out in Quebec, and have collective scope with strong applicability for agricultural businesses.

  • Travel expenses in accordance with Quebec government policies.
  • Rental of land, buildings, machinery, or equipment.
  • Rental or purchase of materials, tools, inputs, or services related to the project.
  • Costs for communications, advertising, and information dissemination.
  • Bus transportation costs for participants (when essential, for group transport within Quebec, and offered to all participants).
  • Administrative expenses up to 15% of eligible project costs.
  • Purchase of sanitary protection equipment (e.g., gloves, protective clothing, face coverings) when required for activities.
  • Purchase of cleaning or disinfectant products (e.g., soap, gel) as necessary for project activities.
  • Cleaning costs for the site where the activity takes place (related to health requirements).
