Eligibility
- The applicant must be a recognized agricultural advisor, a legally constituted and Ministry-recognized agricultural producers’ organization, a public or private organization (excluding educational institutions), or a non-profit organization.
- The applicant must act as the main project manager throughout the project's implementation.
- The applicant must not derive financial benefit from the group purchase or sale of agricultural inputs or goods and services, other than advisory services.
- The project must focus primarily on disseminating information about agri-environmental practices, target agricultural businesses, be carried out in Quebec, and have collective scope with strong applicability for agricultural businesses.

- Educational institutions.
- Organizations that benefit financially from the group purchasing or sale of agricultural inputs, goods, or services, except for advisory services.
- Government organizations (expenses and salaries of government staff are not eligible).
Eligible expenses
- Labour costs directly related to the project.
- Travel expenses in accordance with Quebec government policies.
- Rental of land, buildings, machinery, or equipment.
- Rental or purchase of materials, tools, inputs, or services related to the project.
- Costs for communications, advertising, and information dissemination.
- Bus transportation costs for participants (when essential, for group transport within Quebec, and offered to all participants).
- Administrative expenses up to 15% of eligible project costs.
- Purchase of sanitary protection equipment (e.g., gloves, protective clothing, face coverings) when required for activities.
- Purchase of cleaning or disinfectant products (e.g., soap, gel) as necessary for project activities.
- Cleaning costs for the site where the activity takes place (related to health requirements).

How to apply

Submission of the financial aid application
- Submission of the financial aid application form accessible via the indicated link.
- Submission of the financing plan accessible via the same link.
- Send all these documents to the regional department of the Ministry at least one month before the scheduled activity.
- Receive an acknowledgment of receipt from the Ministry.

Project realization
Ensure that each publication and each product for the transfer of results are approved by the Ministry before their dissemination.

Submission of deliverables following the completion of the project
- Submit a final report in accordance with the template to the regional management of the Ministry.
- Include a copy of each publication or product for transferring the results.
- Submit any other deliverables planned for the project.
- Provide all supporting documents regarding expenses.
- Wait for the Ministry's approval for the disbursement of financial assistance.
Additional information
- The applicant must serve as the main project lead throughout the project duration.
- The Ministry must approve every publication or result transfer product prior to its dissemination.
- Requests for cost overruns require prior Ministry authorization with detailed supporting documentation.
- Missing or incomplete documentation may delay or suspend funding disbursement, and ultimately lead to refusal if not rectified within prescribed deadlines.
