- Indigenous communities and nations, including Indigenous tourism businesses.
- Groupings of the eligible client groups.

- Crown corporations and government departments or agencies.
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- Businesses not compliant with OQLF francization requirements.
- Projects in bed and breakfasts, condotels, gambling, alcohol-only venues, restaurants or retail.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for implementing digital solutions.
- Technology equipment, software, mobile applications and integrated management systems.
- First cloud subscription, up to 24 months.
- Project-related travel, overhead, salaries and benefits.
- Training fees for staff involved in the project.
- Net taxes on eligible costs.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Current operating, management and administrative expenses.
- Land, building or facility purchases or rentals.
- Recurring business solution operating costs and bandwidth costs.
- Sales commissions on online booking or sales platforms.
- Video game development, server room setup, and legal fees.
- Promotion, advertising and marketing expenses.

Processing and Agreement
- Tourisme Laval first reviews the initial intent form to confirm project eligibility.
- If the project is eligible, Tourisme Laval sends the application form to be completed.
- Applicants submit the completed form and supporting documents by email to Tourisme Laval.
- Tourisme Laval then contacts the applicant to discuss the next steps.
Additional information
- The financial contribution is a non-repayable subsidy.
- Projects must include sustainable development measures with positive environmental, social and economic impacts.
- The project must be completed in the Laval tourist region by January 31, 2029.
- Selected projects are formalized through a funding agreement between Tourisme Laval and the beneficiary.
