Overview
This program provides up to $100,000 in non-repayable funding to support regional tourism projects in Lanaudière. It targets structuring initiatives that enhance the regional tourism offer, including thematic routes, improved access and mobility, and other multi-partner projects with lasting economic impacts.

- Long-term tourism structuring projects demonstrating sustainability over more than three years
Documents Needed
- Completed and signed application form in Excel format
- Project plan detailing expected deliverables and three-year impacts
- Most recent financial statements for the last two years (where required)
- Projected revenue and expenses covering the project duration
- Board resolution authorizing the signatory, plus any relevant supporting documents
- OQLF francization attestation or certification, if applicable
- Confirmations from financial partners, if available
- Indigenous certification, where applicable
- Proof of compliance or engagement with the Qualité-Sécurité program for nature and adventure tourism companies, if applicable
Eligibility
- The applicant must be a legally constituted organization under Quebec or Canadian law and conduct business in Quebec.
- The organization must be a tourism enterprise, cooperative, municipal entity, Indigenous community or nation, recognized Indigenous tourism organization, regional tourism association with financial partners, or a grouping of these clients.
- The organization must have fulfilled commitments related to any previous subsidy from the partners.
- Tourist accommodation operators must comply with applicable laws and regulations and hold a valid establishment number.
- Nature and adventure tourism companies must comply with, or commit to comply with, the Qualité-Sécurité program of Aventure Écotourisme Québec.

Who is not eligible
- Provincial and federal Crown corporations, ministries and government agencies
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
- Businesses not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française
Eligible expenses
- Fees for specialized firms or consultants
- Travel expenses within public sector rates, related overheads, and project-specific salaries and benefits
- Purchase and installation of equipment necessary to structure the tourism offer
- Net taxes related to eligible costs (excluding refundable portions)
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Acquisition of motorized transport equipment not dedicated to the visitor experience
- Working capital, debt service, operating losses, capital losses and share buybacks
- Compliance, maintenance and asset-upgrading costs
- Recoverable portions of sales taxes
- Donations, in-kind or service contributions, and asset transfers
- Operating, administration and routine maintenance expenses
- Financing costs and lobbyist fees
- Costs incurred before the application submission (except project development fees)
- Promotion, advertising, marketing expenses, cost overruns and legal fees

- Tourism enterprises and organizations operating in the Lanaudière region of Quebec
- Organizations doing business within the province of Quebec
Selection criteria
- Alignment with the objectives of the EPRTNT 2025-2027
- Structuring nature of the project, including attractiveness, reach, impacts, partnerships and season extension
- Innovative character and quality of concept, products and services
- Sound financial structure and relevance in terms of markets, clientele, competition and marketing strategy
- Feasibility of the project, including schedule, business plan or study brief, promoter expertise and integration of sustainable development principles
How to apply
- Step 1: Request application form
- Contact the program team by email at the indicated address to obtain the official EPRTNT 2025-2027 application form.
- Step 2: Prepare application dossier
- Complete the Excel application form in full and have it signed by the authorized representative.
- Prepare the required supporting documents, including project plan, financial statements, forecasts, resolutions and attestations.
- Step 3: Submit application
- Send the completed and signed form along with all supporting documents by email before the stated deadline.
Additional information
- The maximum financial contribution is a non-repayable subsidy.
- Projects must demonstrate sustainability over more than three years.
- An open call for tenders is required for construction contracts of $100,000 or more funded by the program.
- Organizations with 25 or more employees must provide OQLF francization compliance evidence.
