Overview
This non-repayable financial support helps tourism accommodation projects in Lanaudière with at least $50,000 in eligible costs, covering up to $150,000 and 50% of admissible expenses. It targets structuring, innovative and sustainable projects that improve or expand tourist lodging and related visitor experiences.

- Projects that raise the quality level of the accommodation sector or extend operating seasons

Documents Needed
- Duly completed and signed application form in Excel format
- Complete business plan for the project, including required permits and authorizations
- Financial statements for the last two fiscal years, where applicable
- Three-year financial forecasts following project completion, or equivalent project revenue/expense document
- Board or council resolution authorizing the funding application and project commitments
Eligibility
- Applicant must be a legally constituted organization under Quebec or Canadian law doing business in Quebec.
- Applicant must be a tourism enterprise, non-profit, cooperative, municipal entity, or recognized Indigenous community or business.
- Tourist accommodation operators must comply with applicable laws and hold a valid registration number for their establishment type.
- Nature and adventure tourism enterprises must meet or commit to meeting the Qualité-Sécurité standards of Aventure Écotourisme Québec.
- Project must strengthen tourist accommodation supply, quality, capacity or seasonality for visitor-oriented clientele.

- Non-profit tourism organizations
- Tourism cooperatives
- Municipal entities involved in tourism projects
- Recognized Indigenous communities, nations and Indigenous tourism enterprises
Who is not eligible
- Quebec and Canadian government departments, agencies and state-owned enterprises
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
- Enterprises not compliant with the Office québécois de la langue française francization process
Eligible expenses
- Construction, expansion, reconstruction, adaptation, conversion, layout or replacement of infrastructures and equipment for admissible projects
- Construction and equipment costs that improve attraction capacity or staff retention, if not the main project cost
- Professional fees (design, engineering, technical staff, project management, reporting, preliminary studies, business plans, eco-responsible development plans)
- Costs for development and enhancement of land and trails, specialized equipment and furniture, boats or rolling stock enhancing visitor experience, and required land acquisition and related rights
- Costs related to integrating sustainable practices or climate adaptation, surveying, quality control, eligible net taxes, contingencies (up to 15%), and art integration under the provincial policy

- Alignment with the objectives of the EPRTNT 2025-2027 program
- Structuring impact, including attraction power, economic benefits, partnerships, employment and season extension
- Innovative nature, and quality of concept, products and services
- Sound financial structure and relevance regarding target clientele, markets, competition, and marketing strategy
- Project feasibility and integration of sustainable development principles, including green construction or renovation concepts
How to apply
- Step 1: Obtain Application Form
- Request the EPRTNT 2025-2027 financial assistance form by email from Tourisme Lanaudière.
- Step 2: Prepare Application Package
- Complete the Excel application form in full and have it signed by the authorized representative.
- Compile all required supporting documents, including business plan and financial information.
- Step 3: Submit Application
- Send the completed form and all required documents by email to the specified financial assistance address before the stated deadline.
Additional information
- The first call for projects under EPRTNT 2025-2027 is open, with specific deadlines to request the form and submit a project.
- Projects must integrate concrete sustainable development measures with positive environmental, social and economic impacts.
- An attestation from the Office québécois de la langue française is required for certain organizations with 25 or more employees.
- Specific obligations may apply regarding public calls for tenders, equality access programs and art integration for construction projects of certain amounts.
