This program provides up to $50,000 in non-repayable funding to support the digital development and transformation of tourism businesses in Lanaudière. It finances the acquisition and implementation of business solutions that enhance virtual interactions with clients, improve transaction processes and optimize data and revenue management.

Activities funded

  • Projects that increase virtual or digital interactions with clients while enhancing their experience.
  • Digital transformation projects to improve organizational efficiency and performance within tourism businesses.
  • Acquisition and implementation of digital solutions related to transactions, client experience, data and revenue management, including adaptation, optimization or diversification of current solutions and their interconnection.

Documents Needed

  • Duly completed and signed application form submitted in Excel format
  • Complete business plan for the project
  • Financial statements for the last two years of the organization (with noted exceptions)
  • Three-year forecast financial statements following project completion, when required
  • Board or equivalent resolution authorizing the signatory and application
  • Document on project revenues and expenses and resolution covering operating costs for certain public or Indigenous entities
  • Attestation or certificate from the Office québécois de la langue française, when applicable
  • Confirmation letters from financial partners, if available
  • Proof of compliance or engagement with the Qualité-Sécurité program for nature and adventure tourism enterprises, if applicable
  • Indigenous certificate or certification attesting to Indigenous status, if applicable

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a tourism enterprise, cooperative, non-profit organization, municipal entity, or Indigenous community/organization or business.
  • The organization must be legally constituted under Quebec or Canadian law and conduct business in Quebec.
  • Previous commitments toward funding partners must have been respected, where applicable.
  • Tourist accommodation operators must comply with applicable laws and regulations and hold a valid registration number.
  • Nature and adventure tourism enterprises must comply with, or commit to comply with, the Qualité-Sécurité program standards.

  • For-profit tourism enterprises.
  • Non-profit tourism organizations.
  • Tourism cooperatives.
  • Municipal entities involved in tourism.
  • Indigenous communities, nations, organizations and tourism enterprises.

Who is not eligible

  • Quebec and Canadian Crown corporations, ministries and public agencies.
  • Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
  • Enterprises not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.

Eligible expenses

  • Professional fees for support and implementation of selected digital solutions.
  • Purchase of technological or other equipment required to use the solution.
  • First subscription (up to 24 months) to cloud services when the solution is cloud-based.
  • Purchase of hardware, software or mobile applications to enhance client interaction, including integrated management software and e-commerce software.
  • Travel costs within public sector scales, overheads, salaries and benefits directly tied to the project.
  • Professional fees for training or upskilling staff responsible for the digital development project.
  • Net taxes (non-refundable portions) related to eligible costs.

  • Tourism organizations doing business in Quebec, specifically in the Lanaudière region.

  • Alignment with EPRTNT 2025-2027 objectives.
  • Structural impact, including attractiveness, reach, economic benefits, partnerships and job creation.
  • Innovative nature and quality of the concept, products and services.
  • Sound financial structure and project relevance to tourism markets and clientele.
  • Project feasibility and consideration of sustainable development principles.

  • Step 1: Obtain Application Form
    • Request the EPRTNT 2025-2027 financial assistance application form for digital development by email at aidefinanciere@lanaudiere.ca.
  • Step 2: Prepare Application Dossier
    • Complete the Excel application form.
    • Assemble all required supporting documents, including business plan and financial statements.
  • Step 3: Submit Application
    • Send the completed application and required documents by email to aidefinanciere@lanaudiere.ca before the stated deadline.
