Activities funded

  • Digital development of a tourism business.
  • Acquisition and implementation of digital solutions related to transactions, customer experience, customer data management and sales revenue.
  • Adaptation, optimization or diversification of current digital solutions, or improvement of the connection between several digital solutions.

  • Complete business plan for the project
  • Recent financial statements, when required
  • Three-year forecast financial statements, when required
  • Board resolution authorizing the application signatory

Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Tourism businesses: OBL, OBNL and cooperatives.
  • Municipal entities.
  • Indigenous communities and nations recognized by the National Assembly, as well as Indigenous tourism organizations and businesses.
  • Any grouping of these clienteles.

Who is not eligible

  • Quebec and Canadian Crown corporations, ministries and public agencies.
  • Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
  • Enterprises not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.

Eligible expenses

  • Professional fees for support and implementation of the proposed solutions.
  • Technological or other equipment, hardware, software or mobile application enabling the use of the solution.
  • First subscription, up to 24 months, to cloud services when the solution is offered in this technology.
  • Travel expenses, overhead, salaries and benefits for human resources specifically related to the project.
  • Training or professional development fees for human resources, as well as the net taxes related to eligible costs.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Acquisition of a business and its infrastructure.
  • Promotion, marketing and website redesign costs.
  • Working capital, debt service, operating losses and legal fees.
  • Routine maintenance, internal administration and financing costs.
  • Costs already started or completed before the application date.

Selection criteria

  • Alignment with the objectives of the EPRTNT 25-2027.
  • The structuring nature of the project, notably its attractiveness, spin-off benefits and coordination with other partners.
  • The innovative nature as well as the quality of the concept, products and services.
  • The financial structure and financing plan, the relevance and feasibility of the project.
  • Consideration of sustainable development principles.
