- Quebec and Canadian Crown corporations, ministries and public agencies.
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- Enterprises not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.
Eligible expenses
- Project implementation costs, including construction, expansion, redevelopment, adaptation, reconstruction and new tourist experiences.
- Professional fees for design, engineering, project management and project reporting.
- Development and improvement of land, trails, equipment, furniture, boats and rolling stock.
- Costs to integrate sustainable practices or improve climate resilience.
- Contingency costs, net taxes and site surveying or quality control fees.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Acquisition of a business and its infrastructure.
- Promotion, marketing and website redesign costs.
- Working capital, debt service, operating losses and legal fees.
- Routine maintenance, internal administration and financing costs.
- Costs already started or completed before the application date.
