Eligibility
- Applicants may include First Nations, Inuit, Métis, Chiefs and Band Councils, Tribal Councils, and Indigenous organizations at the local, regional, or national level.
- Regional or municipal governments, including their agencies and institutions, are eligible.
- Non-profit community organizations, societies, and associations formed for a non-profit purpose qualify.
- Provincial and territorial governments are eligible in the context of flow-through agreements.
