Who is eligible?
- For-profit tourism organizations.

- Communities and Indigenous nations, Indigenous tourism enterprises, regional tourism associations and groupings of eligible clienteles.
Who is not eligible
- Crown corporations and ministries or agencies of the Quebec and Canadian governments.
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- Enterprises that are not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for specialized firms or consultants.
- Travel expenses, general expenses, salaries and fringe benefits directly tied to the project.
- Equipment purchases and installation needed for the structuring of the tourism offer.
- Net taxes, excluding refundable portions, on eligible costs.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Costs for acquisition of motorized transport equipment not dedicated to the visitor experience.
- Working capital, debt service, operating losses, capital losses and buyback of capital.
- Costs related to compliance with regulations, maintenance of assets and regular upkeep.
- Tax amounts that are refundable and costs for which the business or a third party is entitled to reimbursement.
- Donations, in-kind or service contributions, asset transfers, operating and administration costs, financing costs, lobbying fees and pre-application contractual commitments.

How to apply
- Fill out and sign the application form in Excel format.
- Prepare the required supporting documents for the chosen category.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are assessed according to the selection criteria for the relevant category.
- For an aid of 100,000 $ or more granted to an OBL with more than 100 employees, the organization must commit to implementing an equal access program compliant with the Charter of human rights and freedoms.
- Organizations operating in Quebec with 25 employees or more over a 6-month period must attach proof of compliance with OQLF francization requirements.
