Activities funded
- Digital development projects aimed at increasing virtual or digital interactions with customers.
- Digital transition projects to improve the efficiency and organizational performance of a tourism business.
- Projects to acquire and implement digital solutions for transactions, customer experience, and the management and optimization of customer data and sales revenue.
Documents Needed
- Completed and signed EPRTNT 25-27 Digital application form, in Excel format.
- Comprehensive business plan for the project.
- Financial statements for the two most recent years, or equivalent documents depending on the type of organization.
- Three-year projected financial statements or a project-related revenue–expense budget, as applicable.
- Resolution of the board of directors or a document authorizing the signatory of the application, plus OQLF attestations or relevant certificates, if applicable.
Eligibility
- Be legally constituted under the laws of Québec or Canada and carry on business in Québec.
- Be an eligible tourism business or organization as defined by the program.
- Have fulfilled, where applicable, the commitments made under previous assistance granted under this agreement.
- Comply with the laws and regulations applicable to tourist accommodation, including holding a registration number where applicable.
- Nature and adventure tourism businesses must comply with, or undertake to comply with, the Qualité-Sécurité d’Aventure Écotourisme Québec program.
Who is eligible?
- For-profit tourism organizations.
- Non-profit tourism organizations.
- Cooperatives active in the tourism sector.
- Municipal entities involved in tourism development.
- Indigenous tourism communities and businesses, as well as their groupings.
Who is not eligible
- State-owned corporations and departments or agencies of the governments of Québec and Canada.
- Applicants registered in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts.
- Businesses that do not comply with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for support, implementation of digital solutions and training of human resources.
- Purchase of technological equipment, hardware, software, mobile applications, management software packages and e-commerce solutions.
- First subscription (up to 24 months) to cloud services related to the digital solution.
- Project-related travel expenses, overhead, wages and employee benefits specifically tied to the implementation of the project.
- Non-refundable net taxes associated with eligible costs.

- Businesses and tourism organizations doing business in Québec.
- Projects located in the Îles de la Madeleine.
Selection criteria
- Alignment of the project with the objectives of the EPRTNT 25–27.
- Structuring nature and spin-offs for the destination (attractiveness, jobs, season, partnerships).
- Innovative nature and quality of the concept, products and services.
- Soundness of the financial structure, market strategy and feasibility (timeline, business plan, expertise).
- Consideration of sustainable development and consistency with the Îles-de-la-Madeleine tourism strategy.
How to apply
- Step 1: Project preparation
- Clearly define the digital project and verify its eligibility with regard to the program objectives.
- Gather the information required for the business plan and the financial structure.
- Step 2: Fill out the form
- Download the EPRTNT 25-27 Digital application form.
- Complete the form in Excel format and have it signed by the authorized person.
- Step 3: Gather supporting documents
- Attach the required financial statements and financial forecasts.
- Add the board of directors’ resolution and the required attestations or certificates (OQLF, sectoral certifications, etc.).
- Step 4: Submit the application
- Send the completed and signed form, along with all required documents, by email to the indicated address.
Additional information
- The program is part of the 2025–2027 Regional Partnership and Digital Transformation Agreement in Tourism (EPRTNT), led in conjunction with the ministère du Tourisme and regional partners.
- Projects must incorporate a responsible and sustainable approach, particularly in terms of sustainable development.
- Specific rules apply to major construction contracts and to the integration of art into architecture.
- Requirements concerning francization and equal access employment programs may apply depending on the size of the organization.
