Who is not eligible

  • State-owned corporations and departments or agencies of the governments of Québec and Canada.
  • Applicants registered in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts.
  • Businesses that do not comply with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.

Eligible expenses

  • Professional fees for support, implementation of digital solutions and training of human resources.
  • Purchase of technological equipment, hardware, software, mobile applications, management software packages and e-commerce solutions.
  • First subscription (up to 24 months) to cloud services related to the digital solution.
  • Project-related travel expenses, overhead, wages and employee benefits specifically tied to the implementation of the project.
  • Non-refundable net taxes associated with eligible costs.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Recurring business plans, marketing plans, and local or regional development plans.
  • Studies and surveys required for other funding applications or ministry requirements.
  • Salaries, operating costs, and routine management costs.
  • Promotion, advertising, and marketing expenses.
  • Legal fees and cost overruns.

  • Alignment of the project with the objectives of the EPRTNT 25–27.
  • Structuring nature and spin-offs for the destination (attractiveness, jobs, season, partnerships).

  • Soundness of the financial structure, market strategy and feasibility (timeline, business plan, expertise).
  • Consideration of sustainable development and consistency with the Îles-de-la-Madeleine tourism strategy.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
    • Fill out the EPRTNT 25-27 application form in Excel format.
    • Have the form signed by the authorized person.
  • Step 2: Prepare supporting documents
    • Attach the required business plan, financial statements and projections.
    • Add the required board resolution and any applicable attestations or certificates.
  • Step 3: Submit by email
    • Send the completed application and documents to developpement@tourismeilesdelamadeleine.com.
