- Initiatives improving access to territories, intermodality and sustainable mobility for visitors.
- Projects that consolidate and sustain existing tourism products over more than three years.

Documents Needed
- Completed and signed Excel application form for the appropriate category.
- Project plan describing expected deliverables and three-year impacts.
- Financial statements for the last two fiscal years, if required.
- Projected revenues and expenses for the project duration.
- Board resolution (or equivalent) authorizing the funding application and signatory.
Eligibility
- The applicant must be a legally constituted organization doing business in Québec.
- The applicant must belong to an eligible tourism clientele (for-profit, non-profit, cooperative, municipal or Indigenous tourism organization).
- The project must be tourism-related and align with the EPRTNT 2025‑2027 objectives and regional priorities.
- The project must be structuring for the region and generate benefits for multiple partners or the wider tourism sector.
- The applicant must have respected commitments related to any previous subsidies from program partners.
Who is eligible?
- For-profit tourism businesses.
- Non-profit tourism organizations.
- Tourism cooperatives.
- Municipal entities involved in tourism development.
- Indigenous communities, nations, organizations and tourism enterprises.
Who is not eligible
- Provincial and federal Crown corporations, ministries and government agencies.
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- Enterprises not compliant with the Office québécois de la langue française francization process, where applicable.
Eligible expenses
- Fees of specialized firms or consultants for project delivery.
- Project-related travel costs, general expenses, salaries and benefits dedicated specifically to the project.
- Purchase and installation of equipment required to structure the tourism offer.
- Net taxes (non‑refundable portions) related to eligible costs.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Acquisition of motorized transport equipment not dedicated to visitor experience.
- Working capital, debt service, operating losses, capital losses and share buybacks.
- Compliance, maintenance, asset upkeep and regulatory upgrade costs.
- Usual operating, administration and routine maintenance expenses, financing costs and legal fees.
- Costs committed before application submission (except project development fees), donations, in-kind contributions, asset transfers and refundable sales taxes.

- Structuring impact, including attraction power, reach, economic benefits, partnerships and season extension.
- Innovative character and quality of the concept, products and services.
- Strength of financial structure and funding plan.
- Feasibility, including schedule, marketing strategy, promoter expertise, and integration of sustainable development and accessibility.

- Verify that your organization and project fit the program objectives and rules.
- Step 2: Validate project admissibility
- Book a meeting with Tourisme Gaspésie’s business support coordination using the online appointment calendar.
- Discuss your project and confirm its eligibility before preparing the application.
- Step 3: Complete application form
- Fill out the Excel application form for the "Structuring the regional tourism offering" category.
- Ensure all fields are completed and the form is signed by an authorized representative.
- Step 4: Prepare required documents
- Gather all supporting documents listed in the promoter guide (financial, administrative and project documents).
- Ensure documents are complete, current and consistent with the information in the form.
- Step 5: Submit application online
- Submit the completed Excel form and all required documents via the online application form on the Tourisme Gaspésie member space.
- Respect the published intake dates and submission deadlines.
Processing and Agreement
- Projects may be submitted on an ongoing basis until the set deadlines or until funds are exhausted.
- Incomplete applications are only reviewed once all documents have been received and are deferred to the next deadline.
- Projects are assessed with regard to the objectives of the EPRTNT, the selection criteria and the prioritized trends.
- A financial assistance agreement is entered into between the successful proponent and the managing ATR before any payment is made.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until November 25, 2026 at noon or until funds are exhausted.
- Incomplete applications at a deadline are deferred to the next intake date.
- For festivals and events, applications for the 2027 edition that already received EPRTNT funding for 2026 will only be processed on August 26 and November 25, 2026.
- A financial assistance agreement must be signed with Tourisme Gaspésie if the project is approved.
