Documents Needed
- Completed application form in Excel for the relevant category.
- Board resolution, or equivalent, authorizing the signatory of the request and any pertinent supporting document.
- Project documents, as applicable: complete business plan with authorizations, attestations, certificates or permits for Attraits, activités et équipements, Hébergement, and Développement numérique d'une entreprise; project plan with expected deliverables and 3-year impacts for Structuration de l'offre touristique régionale.
- Financial documents, as applicable: financial statements for the last two years; latest financial statements including event revenue and expenses for Festivals et événements; 3-year forecast financial statements; forecast revenue and expenses for the upcoming event; for municipal entities and Indigenous communities, a document showing project, attraction, or event revenues and expenses.
- Other requested supporting documents, as applicable: MCC email on the arts integration policy, francization certificate for organizations with 25 employees or more, partner financing confirmation if available, adventure tourism accreditation proof or proof that the process has started, tender request and 2 professional service offers for Études et services-conseils, Indigenous status certificate, and the program or draft program plus the latest event report for Festivals et événements.

Who is eligible?
- For-profit tourism businesses.
- Non-profit tourism organizations.
- Tourism cooperatives.
- Municipal entities involved in tourism development.
- Indigenous communities, nations, organizations and tourism enterprises.
Who is not eligible
- Provincial and federal Crown corporations, ministries and government agencies.
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- Enterprises not compliant with the Office québécois de la langue française francization process, where applicable.
Eligible expenses
- Fees of specialized firms or consultants for project delivery.
- Project-related travel costs, general expenses, salaries and benefits dedicated specifically to the project.
- Purchase and installation of equipment required to structure the tourism offer.
- Net taxes (non‑refundable portions) related to eligible costs.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Acquisition of motorized transport equipment not dedicated to visitor experience.
- Working capital, debt service, operating losses, capital losses and share buybacks.
- Compliance, maintenance, asset upkeep and regulatory upgrade costs.
- Usual operating, administration and routine maintenance expenses, financing costs and legal fees.
- Costs committed before application submission (except project development fees), donations, in-kind contributions, asset transfers and refundable sales taxes.

- Alignment with EPRTNT 2025‑2027 objectives.
- Structuring impact, including attraction power, reach, economic benefits, partnerships and season extension.
- Innovative character and quality of the concept, products and services.
- Strength of financial structure and funding plan.
- Feasibility, including schedule, marketing strategy, promoter expertise, and integration of sustainable development and accessibility.
How to apply
- Complete the mandatory admissibility interview before submitting the request.
- Fill in the Excel application form and attach the required documents in the online form.
- Submit the request by 12 h (midi) on one of the published dates: 10 December 2025, 25 March 2026, 27 May 2026, 26 August 2026, or 25 November 2026.
Processing and Agreement
- Requests for projects that have not been evaluated during a mandatory admissibility interview will not be processed.
- Incomplete requests are processed only once all required documents have been received.
- Requests that are still incomplete at the deadline are processed at the next intake date.
- If the project is approved, a financial assistance agreement must be signed with the ATR managing the program.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until November 25, 2026 at noon or until funds are exhausted.
- Incomplete applications at a deadline are deferred to the next intake date.
- For festivals and events, applications for the 2027 edition that already received EPRTNT funding for 2026 will only be processed on August 26 and November 25, 2026.
- A financial assistance agreement must be signed with Tourisme Gaspésie if the project is approved.
