Gaspésie Tourism — EPRTNT 2025-2027 – Digital development of a business

• Completed and signed financial assistance application form in Excel format for the digital development category
• Complete business plan for the project
• Financial statements for the last two completed fiscal years (except for start-ups, municipal entities and Indigenous communities)
• Three-year financial forecasts following project completion, as applicable
• Board or council resolution authorizing the signatory and, for municipal or Indigenous entities, commitment to cover operating costs for five years

Who is eligible?

• For-profit tourism enterprises (OBL)
• Non-profit tourism organizations (OBNL)
• Tourism cooperatives
• Municipal entities involved in tourism projects
• Indigenous communities, nations and Indigenous tourism organizations

Who is not eligible

• Crown corporations and provincial or federal ministries and agencies
• Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
• Enterprises that are non-compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française

Eligible expenses

• Costs related to integrating art into the architecture and environment of government and public buildings and sites

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Purchase or rental of land, buildings or facilities, and related capital assets
• Regular operating, management, administration and maintenance costs, including working capital and debt service
• Recurrent operating fees of the business solution, bandwidth costs and usual marketing, promotion or advertising expenses
• Costs contracted before submitting the application (except project design fees), cost overruns, financing fees and legal fees
• Non-digital capital projects, including construction-linked investments, server rooms, and development of video games or gaming infrastructures

Eligible geographic areas

• All regions of Québec

• Alignment of the project with the objectives of the EPRTNT 2025-2027.
• Structuring impact, including attractiveness, reach, economic benefits, partnerships and job creation.
• Innovative character and quality of the concept, products and services.
• Sound financial structure and relevance to target tourist clientele, markets and competitive context.
• Feasibility based on schedule, business plan and promoter expertise, including integration of sustainable development principles.

• Contact the contact person for the relevant regional tourism association.
• Use the required form for the Policy for integrating art, when applicable.

• A financial assistance agreement must be signed between the project promoter and the ATR managing the EPRTNT 2025-2027 in the region.
• For construction contracts of 100,000 $ or more, a public call for tenders is required.
• When the beneficiary is an entity municipale, it must comply with the legislative and regulatory provisions governing contract awarding.
• When the beneficiary is an OBL with more than 100 employees and receives financial assistance of 100 000 $ or more, it must commit to implementing an equal access program.
• The organization must submit a project description and list of costs to the ministère de la Culture et des Communications using the required form for the Policy for integrating art.

• Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until November 25, 2026 at noon or until funds are exhausted.
• Incomplete applications are only reviewed once all required documents are received and may be deferred to the next intake date.
• Projects must take into account, where applicable, accessibility for persons with reduced mobility.
• Support is provided jointly by Tourisme Gaspésie and the Québec Ministry of Tourism under the EPRTNT 2025-2027 agreement.
