- Completed and signed financial assistance application form in Excel format for the digital development category
- Complete business plan for the project
- Financial statements for the last two completed fiscal years (except for start-ups, municipal entities and Indigenous communities)
- Three-year financial forecasts following project completion, as applicable
- Board or council resolution authorizing the signatory and, for municipal or Indigenous entities, commitment to cover operating costs for five years

- For-profit tourism enterprises (OBL)
- Non-profit tourism organizations (OBNL)
- Tourism cooperatives
- Municipal entities involved in tourism projects
- Indigenous communities, nations and Indigenous tourism organizations
Who is not eligible
- Crown corporations and provincial or federal ministries and agencies
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
- Enterprises that are non-compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for support and implementation of digital solutions
- Purchase of technological or other equipment required for the solution, including integrated management and e-commerce software
- Initial subscription (up to 24 months) to cloud services linked to the solution
- Project-specific travel, overhead, salaries and benefits tied directly to the digital project
- Professional fees for training or upskilling staff implementing the digital project, and net (non-rebated) taxes on eligible costs
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Purchase or rental of land, buildings or facilities, and related capital assets
- Regular operating, management, administration and maintenance costs, including working capital and debt service
- Recurrent operating fees of the business solution, bandwidth costs and usual marketing, promotion or advertising expenses
- Costs contracted before submitting the application (except project design fees), cost overruns, financing fees and legal fees
- Non-digital capital projects, including construction-linked investments, server rooms, and development of video games or gaming infrastructures
Eligible geographic areas
- Tourism enterprises located in the Gaspésie region of Québec
- Projects carried out in Québec under the provincial EPRTNT 2025-2027 framework
Processing and Agreement
- Projects may be submitted on an ongoing basis until the stated deadlines.
- Complete applications are assessed based on the EPRTNT 25‑27 criteria and regional objectives.
- Incomplete applications are processed only after all required documents have been received.
- Incomplete applications as of the deadline are carried forward to the next evaluation period.
- A financial assistance agreement must be signed between the project promoter and the managing ATR before any payment is made.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until November 25, 2026 at noon or until funds are exhausted.
- Incomplete applications are only reviewed once all required documents are received and may be deferred to the next intake date.
- Projects must take into account, where applicable, accessibility for persons with reduced mobility.
- Support is provided jointly by Tourisme Gaspésie and the Québec Ministry of Tourism under the EPRTNT 2025-2027 agreement.
