Gaspésie Tourism — EPRTNT 2025-2027 – Festivals and Events

• Application form in Excel format
• Board resolution authorizing the signatory of the application and any relevant supporting document
• Most recent financial statements of the organization, including the revenue and expense statement for the event; for municipal entities and Indigenous communities, a document showing only the event revenues and expenses
• Programming or draft programming of the upcoming event and the report of the most recent event, if available
• OQLF francization certificate for organizations with 25 employees or more

Who is eligible?

• For-profit tourism enterprises
• Non-profit organizations and tourism cooperatives
• Municipal entities
• Indigenous communities, nations, organizations and tourism enterprises
• Groupings of the above eligible clienteles

Who is not eligible

• Crown corporations and ministries or agencies of the Quebec and Canadian governments
• Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
• Enterprises not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française

Eligible expenses

• Administration costs related to the supported edition or specific development aspect
• Programming costs for the festival or event
• Promotion, marketing and communication expenses
• Site and facility management expenses, including general expenses, travel (within public service scales), salaries and benefits linked to the event
• Costs of products intended for resale and audited in-kind sponsorships of goods and services (up to 50% of total eligible costs)

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Programming that is part of the regular activities of an attraction
• Trade shows, tourism fairs, conferences, congresses and standard shows
• Fairs and markets that are not focused on food tourism
• Capital expenditures for acquiring equipment (including amortization) and costs related to compliance, asset maintenance, working capital, debt service, losses and asset transfers
• Non-event-related activities, routine maintenance, financing fees, legal fees, non‑audited in-kind contributions, recoverable taxes and acquisition of non-visitor-experience motorized transport

Eligible geographic areas

• Tourism enterprises located in the Gaspésie region of Quebec
• Organizations doing business in Quebec

• Alignment with the objectives of the EPRTNT 2025‑2027 program
• Structuring impact, including attraction power, project reach, spin-offs, partnerships, job creation and season extension
• Innovative nature and quality of the concept, products and services
• Strength of financial structure and project relevance to a significantly tourist clientele, including market, competition and marketing strategy
• Project feasibility, including schedule, marketing strategy, promoter expertise, integration of sustainable development and accessibility for people with reduced mobility where applicable

• Read the financial assistance terms for the appropriate category by downloading the promoter’s guide
• Validate your project’s eligibility with Tourisme Gaspésie by booking an appointment with business support coordination in the appointment calendar; the interview must take place at least one week before the deadline
• Complete the Excel form for the appropriate category
• Prepare all required documents
• Submit the application through the online form

• The eligibility interview is mandatory, and applications without a prior eligibility interview will not be processed
• Applications are received continuously until 25 November 2026 at 12 p.m., or until funds are exhausted
• Complete applications are processed on the published deadlines: 10 December 2025, 25 March 2026, 27 May 2026, 26 August 2026, and 25 November 2026, all at 12 p.m.
• Incomplete applications are processed once all required documents have been received
• Incomplete applications at a deadline are processed on the next deadline
• Applications for the 2027 edition that have already received EPRTNT funding for the 2026 edition will be processed only on 26 August 2026 and 25 November 2026

• Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until November 25, 2026 at noon or until funds are exhausted.
• Incomplete applications are only reviewed once all required documents have been received.
• Incomplete files at a deadline are postponed to the next intake date.
• Specific intake dates are set between December 2025 and November 2026 for processing applications.
