Documents Needed
- Completed application form in Excel format for the selected category.
- Board of directors resolution, or equivalent, authorizing the signatory of the application and any relevant document for the request.
- Complete business plan for the project, including the list of authorizations, attestations, certificates or permits to obtain in connection with the project.
- Financial statements of the two most recent years of the organization; for municipal entities and Indigenous communities, a document showing the revenues and expenses of the project or attraction.
- Category-specific supporting documents, including the three-year forecast financial statements after project completion; for Festivals et événements, the most recent financial statements including event revenue and expenses, or for municipal entities and Indigenous communities the event revenue and expenses only; the forecast event revenue-expense for the upcoming event or project duration; the MCC email on the arts integration policy for Attraits, activités et équipements and Hébergement; the OQLF francisation certificate for organizations with 25 employees and more; partner confirmations if available; Aventure Écotourisme Québec accreditation or proof that the process has started; the call for tenders and two professional service offers for Études et services-conseils; the Indigenous certificate or certification; and the program or draft program plus the latest event report for Festivals et événements.

Who is eligible?
- For‑profit tourism businesses operating accommodation establishments.
- Non‑profit tourism organizations involved in lodging projects.
- Tourism cooperatives developing or operating accommodation.
- Municipal entities undertaking tourism accommodation initiatives.
- Indigenous communities, nations and Indigenous tourism enterprises with lodging projects.
Who is not eligible
- State‑owned corporations and provincial or federal ministries and agencies.
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- Enterprises not compliant with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française, where applicable.
Eligible expenses
- Construction, expansion, reconstruction, conversion, adaptation, refurbishment and replacement of infrastructures or equipment for new or enhanced tourist experiences
- Acquisition and installation of specialized equipment, furniture, boats and rolling stock dedicated to improving the visitor experience or staff retention
- Professional fees for design, engineering, technical staff, project management, monitoring and required reporting
- Studies and preparatory work directly related to the project (business plans, preliminary studies, eco‑responsible development plans)
- Land and right‑of‑way costs, site development, sustainable and climate‑adaptation measures, surveying, quality control, eligible taxes, contingencies and integration of artworks

- Alignment with EPRTNT 2025‑2027 objectives.
- Structuring impact, including attraction power, regional benefits, partnerships and job creation.
- Level of innovation and quality of concept, products and services.
- Strength of financial structure and relevance to target tourist clienteles and markets.
- Feasibility of timelines, marketing strategy, promoter expertise and integration of sustainable development and accessibility measures.
How to apply
- Complete the Excel application form for the selected category.
- Complete the mandatory admissibility interview before submitting; applications without a prior admissibility interview will not be processed.
- Upload the required supporting documents for the selected category.
- Submit the application through the online form by the applicable deadline at 12 h (midi).
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the deadlines or until funds are exhausted.
- Incomplete applications are put on hold and carried over to the next deadline.
- The assessment takes into account, in particular, compliance, the financial structure and the established selection criteria.
- A selected project is the subject of a financial assistance agreement between the project promoter and the managing RTA.
- Obligations relating to accountability and compliance with contractual and regulatory rules apply.
Additional information
- Applications are received continuously until November 25, 2026 at noon or until funds are exhausted.
- Incomplete applications are only evaluated once all required documents have been received.
- Incomplete files at a deadline are postponed to the next intake date.
- Projects must integrate sustainable development measures with positive environmental, social and economic impacts.
