Eligible expenses
- Purchase, installation, and commissioning of eligible products, equipment, and greenhouse systems.
- Applicable programming costs for demand-response measures.
- Design, controller or software updates, performance follow-up, and user training for automated demand-response work.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Financing charges.
- Products or upgrades required only to meet laws, regulations, or standards.
- Projects that negatively affect health, safety, or the environment, or that break the law.
- Electricity production projects, except eligible photovoltaic panels.
- Heat pump measures already submitted under ÉcoPerformance bi-energy commercial and institutional.
