Efficient Solutions Farming Program 2026 Update
Hydro-Quebec has renewed the Efficient Solutions Farming Component for 2026. The Participant Guide has been updated from the March 2025 version (215 kB) to the March 2026 version (137 kB), and the program requirements modification date has shifted from March 31, 2025 to March 31, 2026 across all program pages. LED lighting funding has been significantly adjusted: agricultural LED funding is now consolidated to a flat $40-$500 range regardless of natural sunlight conditions, eliminating the previous $1,000 cap for buildings without natural light. General LED lighting funding has been reduced from $40 to $20 per DLC Premium product, with the DLC Standard tier removed entirely. Applicants must now provide DesignLights Consortium codes for eligible products. The OSE calculation tool is also being updated with new version requirements and transitional rules for projects begun under prior program years.
