How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare documents
- Gather the electricity bill for the site.
- Collect purchase and installation invoices.
- Have your NEQ, QST number, or SIN ready if needed.
- Step 2: Prepare the project in OSE
- Download the OSE version that matches the project start date.
- Check that the selected measures are eligible.
- Use OSE to estimate the support amount.
- Step 3: Submit the completed project
- Complete the OSE file.
- Email the OSE files and supporting invoices to bureau.eeaffaires@hydroquebec.com.
- Include the project completion confirmation generated by OSE.
- Step 4: Compliance review
- Hydro-Québec reviews the file and may request more documents.
- Hydro-Québec may visit the site to verify the work.
- The project is approved or the support amount is revised if needed.
- Step 5: Invoice and payment
- Send the original invoice after receiving the billing request.
- Hydro-Québec processes the file once all requirements are met.
- Payment is issued after the compliant invoice is received.
Processing and Agreement
- Hydro-Québec acknowledges receipt of the submission and reviews it for compliance.
- Additional information may be requested before a decision is made.
- Hydro-Québec may inspect the installation to verify the work.
- If the project is compliant, Hydro-Québec approves or adjusts the support amount.
- Payment is issued after a compliant original invoice is received.
