Overview of the DuoEmploi – Internships for people with disabilities program
DuoEmploi offers one-day exploration internships for people with disabilities to facilitate their integration into the workforce and help them discover suitable trades or occupations. Eligible activities include gaining work experience in sectors such as arts, entertainment, retail, and healthcare.

Eligibility criteria of the DuoEmploi – Internships for people with disabilities program
Who is eligible?
Eligible participants for the DuoEmploi program include individuals with disabilities who are 16 years of age or older and wish to explore the labour market to facilitate their integration into employment. This initiative is directed towards helping people with disabilities discover new sectors, trades, and businesses in their region, thereby promoting their professional integration and enhancing their work skills.

Pre-registration
- Start the registration period on March 3, 2025.
- Visit the website duoemploi.ca to access the registration form.

Filling out the Form
- Complete the online registration form with your personal information for participants or with the company's information for employers.
- Check that all the information provided is correct.

If you wish to receive updates on DuoEmploi, sign up for the newsletter available on the site.

Submission of the Request
Submit the completed registration form before the deadline of May 3, 2025.

- Registration for the 2025 edition of DuoEmploi begins on March 3, 2025, and ends on May 3, 2025.
- The internship event takes place annually during the Semaine québécoise des personnes handicapées, from June 1 to June 7.
- Previous editions of DuoEmploi included participation from businesses across various sectors, such as arts, entertainment, recreation, retail, construction, tourism, computer science, finance and insurance, healthcare, and social assistance.
