- Crown corporations, and Quebec and Canadian government departments and agencies.
- Applicants listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts.
- Enterprises not compliant with the Office québécois de la langue française francization process.
Eligible expenses
- Construction, expansion, reconstruction, adaptation, conversion and fitting-out of tourist accommodation infrastructures and related facilities.
- Purchase and installation of specialized equipment, furniture, technological equipment, boats or rolling stock that enhance the visitor or employee experience.
- Professional fees for design, engineering, technical personnel, project management, accountability and preparatory studies or business plans.
- Acquisition of land, servitudes and rights of way required for the project, as well as eligible surveying, site quality control, and contingency costs.
- Net taxes related to eligible costs, excluding refundable portions.

Processing and Agreement
- Pre-admissibility forms are reviewed by Tourisme Cantons-de-l’Est to validate basic eligibility.

- For approved projects, a financial assistance agreement must be signed, and missing confirmations (e.g. other funding or permits) must be provided within six months.
