- Canadian SME applicants registered as NRC IRAP clients
- Organizations from Canada and India that wish to form project consortia

- Participants from other countries
- Canadian SME applicants that are not eligible for funding as NRC IRAP clients
How to apply
- Register using the Register button at the bottom of the page.
- Submit an expression of interest (EOI) form.
- Work with project partners to complete and submit the International Consortium Project Proposal package, including the draft international consortium agreement.
- If selected, complete the national funding body proposal and funding agreement with the relevant national funding body.
Processing and Agreement
- NRC IRAP reviews registrations and may contact applicants if more information is required.
- EOIs are evaluated by the applicant's NRC IRAP representative and the NRC IRAP International Office.
- Canadian ICPP applications are evaluated by an NRC IRAP evaluation team including the applicant's NRC IRAP representative and the NRC IRAP International Office.
- Only Canadian participants of selected project proposals are invited to proceed to the final national funding body proposal and funding agreement stage.
- Each project partner must submit all required documents to its respective national funding body and meet due diligence requirements; failure may make the entire consortium ineligible for funding.
