How to apply
- Step 1: Review the call for projects

- Confirm the project matches the call requirements.
- Step 2: Prepare the application package
- Complete the financial assistance application form in French.
- Gather partner attestation, budget forecasts, and CVs of the project team.
- Step 3: Submit to the Ministry
- Send the complete application by email to the ministry.
- Wait for the acknowledgment of receipt.
- Step 4: Follow up after submission
- Respond if the Ministry requests additional information or missing documents.
- If approved, sign the financial assistance agreement.
Processing and Agreement
- Eligible applications are reviewed by a selection committee made up of ministerial representatives, with external scientific or technological advice when needed.
- Applications are assessed based on the program and call priorities, the quality of the approach, expected impacts, knowledge transfer, team expertise, and cost adequacy.
- The Ministry sends a decision letter by mail or email.
- If approved, the applicant must sign the financial assistance agreement.
