- For financial co-productions: a sample of the foreign artist’s recent work.

Eligible expenses
- Expenses directly related to your activities.
- Payments to artistic and technical personnel; artistic and production or publication expenses.
- Space, equipment, and artistic materials; transportation, accommodation and per diem.
- Promotion and project management expenses; safety-related expenses; child/dependent care expenses required to complete your activities; public accessibility expenses.
- Co-production fees to the foreign artist, group or organization.
Selection criteria
- Applications are assessed by a peer assessment committee.
- Artistic criteria are weighted 50% and cover the artistic quality of previous work, the artistic rationale, and the suitability and involvement of partners; minimum score required: 35/50.
- Impact criteria are weighted 30% and cover the potential to develop and enhance the international profile, build international connections, and generate future opportunities; minimum score required: 15/30.
- Feasibility criteria are weighted 20% and cover the capacity and experience to undertake the project, and a reasonable budget that demonstrates fair payment and efficient use of resources; minimum score required: 10/20.
- The application must satisfy the Respectful and ethical cultural and artistic practices (RECAP) criterion, including proper attention to First Nations, Inuit or Métis cultural protocols and respectful treatment of cultural materials, or no Indigenous content in the activities.
