Who is eligible?
- Export-ready Canadian companies from the agriculture, agri-food, fish and seafood sectors.
- Official agents, brokers and representatives may represent Canadian companies and products at Flagship events, subject to conditions.
Eligible expenses
- The direct cost of exhibiting, including the booth, standard booth furnishings, and show access.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Travel costs.
- Hotel costs.
- Per diem costs.

Selection criteria
- The program operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Priority will be given to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs), with additional consideration for first-time exhibitors, companies entering new markets, and those with innovative products.
How to apply
- Send an email to aafc.mas-sam.aac@agr.gc.ca indicating your shows of interest.
- A project officer will contact you with further details on your selected show or shows and your company will be added to the recruitment list.
- Companies registered for the show’s recruitment list will receive a link from the project officer to the registration portal for one booth.
- Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive confirmation by email.
- If the show is sold out at the time you try to apply, you can sign up for the waitlist.
Processing and Agreement
- Your registration will be reviewed to ensure that your company meets eligibility requirements.
- Within 72 hours of submitting your registration, you will receive an email confirming if it has been approved or declined.
- If space becomes available, the first company on the waitlist will receive an email advising them of availability and they will have 48 hours to register their booth.
- After your application has been approved, an invoice will be emailed to you from noreply@etouches.com.
- Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of invoice; if payment is not made within this time period, you will forfeit your booth and it will be made available again.
