  • Step 1: Prepare your project proposal
    • Develop a detailed project plan that aligns with the objective of increasing awareness and knowledge about zero-emission vehicles and clean fuels.
    • Identify the primary and secondary areas of focus for your project.
    • Ensure your project activities meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the grant guidelines.
  • Step 2: Submit your application
    • Complete the application form with accurate information about your organization and project.
    • Include supporting documents as required, such as budgets, timelines, and project descriptions.
    • Submit your application before the specified deadline to be considered for funding.
  • Step 3: Await review and decision
    • NRCan will assess the proposals received and communicate funding decisions within 100 business days of the submission deadline.
    • Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Conditional Approval and can start their projects upon receipt.
    • Once approved, NRCan will review payment claims and provide reimbursements according to the funding agreement.
