Processing and Agreement
- The payment of the grant will be made only to the applicant, except as set out in the transfer provision
- Grant payment is subject to Council approval of the application
- Grant payment is subject to execution of the agreement attached to the application form
- The applicant must continue to be the owner or tenant of the subject property, as applicable
- Grant payment is subject to completion of the project as approved by Council and in accordance with the agreement
