How to apply

  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Complete the application form.
    • Gather the required supporting documents, including photos, drawings, and estimates.
    • Obtain owner authorization if the applicant is not the property owner.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the complete application and supporting documents by email to belinda@town.minto.on.ca.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Town of Minto and may be approved at Council’s discretion.
  • The Town may inspect the property during review and after approval.
  • Funding is paid only after the application is approved and an agreement is executed.
  • The applicant must remain the owner or tenant and complete the project as approved.
