Processing and Agreement
- Approval of the application is fully at the discretion of the Council of the Town.
- The Town may refuse the application if the feasibility of the project is deemed to be limited.
- No monies will be advanced if the declared information is incomplete or untrue.
- Payment of the grant is subject to Council approval, execution of the agreement, continued ownership or tenancy of the subject property, and completion of the project as approved.
- The Town reserves the right to conduct credit rating checks as it deems necessary.
