- Third-party brand development, campaign, and promotional material services

- Costs incurred before approval or after project completion
- Routine business operating expenses and staff salaries
- Packaging, labels, equipment, website hosting, and other non-eligible support costs
- Activities done in-house instead of by a third-party vendor
- Projects or activities not listed as eligible under the program

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after the intake period closes
- The ministry checks eligibility and merit criteria
- Applicants are notified by email of the decision
- Approved applicants receive an approval letter to sign
- Approved applicants must register for Ontario transfer payments and submit final reimbursement and report
