Receive the acknowledgment of receipt
An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you within 5 working days following the receipt of your request.

Wait for the eligibility confirmation
After an initial review, you will be informed within 20 working days whether your project is deemed eligible.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications were first acknowledged by email within five business days.
- RECYC-QUÉBEC then completed an initial review and confirmed admissibility within 20 business days.
- Only admissible projects moved on to detailed evaluation.
- Selected applicants signed a financial assistance agreement before funding was paid.
- RECYC-QUÉBEC could adjust, withhold, or cancel payments if required deliverables were not satisfactory.
Additional information
- The program is financed and administered by RECYC-QUÉBEC.
- Applications were accepted until February 28, 2025 or until funds were exhausted.
- Projects must obtain at least an “Implementation” level recognition under ICI ON RECYCLE+.
- RECYC-QUÉBEC may request quantitative data after project completion for follow-up purposes.
