How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Complete the official application form.
- Prepare the financial aid calculator and supporting financial documents.
- Gather CVs, quotes, partner letters, and any required supporting material.
- Step 2: Send the application by email
- Submit all required documents to 2RCB@recyc-quebec.gouv.qc.ca.
- Paper applications were not processed, except in special circumstances.
- Step 3: Receive the acknowledgement and admissibility review
- RECYC-QUÉBEC sends an acknowledgement within five business days.
- RECYC-QUÉBEC confirms whether the project is admissible within 20 business days.
- Step 4: Complete evaluation and agreement
- If the project is admissible, it is evaluated in detail.
- If selected, the applicant signs the financial assistance agreement before funding is paid.

- RECYC-QUÉBEC then completed an initial review and confirmed admissibility within 20 business days.
- Only admissible projects moved on to detailed evaluation.
