How to apply
- Complete the Intent to Apply form during an intake period.
- Eligible parties will be provided with the full CIP application.
- Complete and submit the full CIP application with all required documentation for the specific incentive.
Processing and Agreement
- Intent to Apply forms are reviewed internally to confirm basic eligibility.
- Eligible applicants are invited to submit the full CIP application.
- Applications are reviewed by City staff and the Review and Evaluation Committee.
- Applicants receive the final decision within four weeks of the submission deadline.
- Approved projects must be completed and inspected before payment is issued.

- Only one successful application per property is allowed during the plan’s five-year life.
- Funding may be stacked within the program, except for the Tax Increment Equivalent Grant.
