- Completed Applicant Form
- Presentation document using the required template: maximum 6 pages for strategic support or maximum 11 pages for project funding, including the requested project information and supplier quote(s)
- Letter of commitment from the applicant’s management or board of directors
- Declaration of no conflict of interest with the selected supplier, if applicable, as well as MT Lab team members and MT Lab board members
- For collective projects, a commitment letter from each stakeholder describing their roles and responsibilities

- Businesses operating in Quebec’s tourism industry
- Organizations operating in Quebec’s tourism industry
- Innovative Quebec tourism businesses
- Regional tourism associations (ATR) and sectoral tourism associations (ATS)
- Startups that have been operating for more than one year, when applying to implement an innovative project within their own organization

- Ministries
- Government organizations of Quebec
- Government organizations of Canada
- Businesses in a conflict of interest or appearance of conflict of interest directly linked to MT Lab employees or MT Lab board members
Eligible expenses
- Consulting fees for strategic support.
- Project costs directly related to implementing the innovative tourism project.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Market and feasibility studies.
- Marketing, communication, and promotional campaigns, except project promotion costs.
- Internal salaries, management, and administrative costs.
- Insurance and delivery fees.
- Expenses incurred before the agreement is signed with MT Lab.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are checked for eligibility before review.
- Eligible files are assessed by an independent selection jury.
- Results are sent by email.
- Selected applicants sign an agreement with MT Lab before funding is paid.

- Applicants can submit more than one project but can only be selected once per call for proposals.
- Individual and collective projects are allowed, with collective applications requiring commitment letters from all stakeholders.
