Here are additional relevant details for this grant:
- The cumulative assistance from the governments of Quebec and Canada, including this Fund, must not exceed 80% of eligible expenses.
- Projects must secure at least 20% of their funding from promoters or the community in cash.
- Beneficiaries are encouraged to procure goods and services locally within the MRC of Portneuf, where possible.
- Projects must be completed within six months after receiving financial support.
- A final report on the project must be submitted within two months of project completion.
- The Fund offers non-recurring financial assistance, with only one application per project being accepted.
- The MRC has the right to demand reimbursement in cases of major non-compliance with the Fund conditions.
- The MRC may request additional supporting documents after the accountability report is submitted.
