Who is eligible?
- Youth promoters aged 15 to 29
- Residents of a municipality in Portneuf
- Municipalities, municipal organizations, and MRCs as sponsoring organizations
- Non-profit and incorporated organizations as sponsoring organizations
- Solidarity and consumer cooperatives, and parapublic organizations covering the territory
Who is not eligible
- Projects led by people outside the 15 to 29 age group
- Projects from promoters who do not reside in Portneuf
- Routine activities of the sponsoring organization
- Projects focused on business startup
- Projects tied specifically to a local festival or event program
- Fundraising for a humanitarian trip abroad

- Advertising and promotion costs
- Equipment and material rental or purchase
- Transportation costs
- Training fees and insurance
- Professional fees needed for the project
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Salaries and social charges of the organization
- Food and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages

Processing and Agreement
