  • For groups and bands, the majority of their members must reside in PEI.
  • New project submissions are ineligible if the applicant has any unresolved reporting, project completion, or financial obligations with Innovation PEI.
  • An artist CV, project description, budget, and relevant support materials must be submitted with the application to meet the basic eligibility criteria.
