Applicants must be residents of Prince Edward Island and must maintain their primary residence in the province for at least twelve consecutive months before applying. Amateur artists and students, festivals, contests, events, not-for-profit organizations, and artistic activities led by non-professionals are not eligible for this program. Each grant stream (Create, Share, and Learn) has additional specific eligibility requirements as outlined in the program guidelines.
