Participant Funding Program updated
The Participant Funding Program page now shows a different active opportunity: Ontario Power Generation’s application to renew its licence for the Western Waste Management Facility, with $200,000 available from March 25 to June 16, 2026. The previous SRB Technologies licence renewal notice, including the 2021 deadline of October 29, 2021 and the earlier $50,000 funding amount, is no longer the active opportunity shown. The application process now points applicants to the funding opportunity form, the Participant Funding Program guide, the funding application process, the funding award process, resources and templates, and recipient terms and conditions. The page also now explains post-application steps, including review by a Funding Review Committee, a contribution agreement for successful applicants, and payment within 30 days of receipt of a valid final financial report.
