- Keep the confirmation number shown after submission
- If no confirmation number appears, contact the Commission Registry
Processing and Agreement
- Requests to intervene are reviewed by the Registry and the Commission confirms whether intervention is accepted
- The Commission also confirms the accepted format for participation
- If no confirmation number appears after submission, applicants are told to contact the Registry
- Submitting a request does not automatically grant intervenor status

- Applicants may be informed within 45 business days.
- A contribution agreement is required if approved.
- Recipients must submit a final financial report.
- Receipts should be kept for at least three years.
