    • Fill in the Public Commission Proceeding Participation Request Form
    • Include the written submission of comments and contact details
  • Step 3: Submit the form
    • Send the submission through the form
    • If you have technical issues, contact the CNSC Registry or email interventions@cnsc-ccsn.gc.ca
  • Step 4: Confirm submission
    • Keep the confirmation number shown after submission
    • If no confirmation number appears, contact the Commission Registry

Processing and Agreement

  • Requests to intervene are reviewed by the Registry and the Commission confirms whether intervention is accepted
  • The Commission also confirms the accepted format for participation
  • If no confirmation number appears after submission, applicants are told to contact the Registry
  • Submitting a request does not automatically grant intervenor status

Additional information

  • Applicants may be informed within 45 business days.
  • A contribution agreement is required if approved.
  • Recipients must submit a final financial report.
  • Receipts should be kept for at least three years.
