Selection criteria
- Available funding is distributed among successful applicants based on the merit of their proposals.
How to apply
- Access the PFP funding application form for the current funding opportunity from the Participant funding opportunities page
- Complete the PFP funding application form and follow the instructions for all nine sections
- Submit the completed funding application form to the PFP Administrator
Processing and Agreement
- The PFP administrator sends a confirmation notice within one business day after receiving the application.
- An independent funding review committee of external experts reviews the application and recommends approval or refusal, the amounts to be paid, and the objectives to be met.
- The PFP administrator informs the applicant of the final decision within twenty-five (25) days after the closing date of the relevant process.
- Successful applicants receive a contribution agreement that must be signed and returned before approved funding is received.
- Recipients must fulfill all conditions of the contribution agreement, and receipts and invoices are required with the final financial report only if the maximum amount under the contribution agreement exceeds $30,000 or when requested by the CNSC.
